Champions Upper, Middle, and Lower School Tennis Tournament (Play)

The 9th Annual Champions Tennis Championships were conducted at Saint Andrew’s School (November 10th-14th) open to all participants in the Champions Student Athlete Tennis Program.

Upper and Middle School Results

Top honors for singles went to Walker Wadsworth (SR) who faced upset king Clavin Wellman in the finals and won 8-0.

Alisa Finger(Jr) defeated Jasmine Williams (7th grade) 8-3 in the girls final.

In doubles Walker Wadsworth(Sr) and Jorge Andres Arias (Soph) defeated Reb Mariano (Sr) and Jason Fox 8-3.

The girls doubles was tightly contested with eventual Runner Ups (Jasmine Williams and Izzy Forster) having a match point before losing 9-7 in the tie break to Anastasia Karpachev and Alisa Finger.

The Mixed doubles final was championships went to  Reb Mariano and Anastasia Karpachev defeating singles winners Walker Wadsworth and Alisa Finger. Both Walker and Alisa were trying to win the triple crown (Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles).

Lower School Results

Jo Jo Sukovich defeated Zac Wuhrman 3-1 while Ellie Ashley steadily moved through the girls draw defeating Mary Claire Rauenhorst in the finals 3-1.
